I Create Solutions evolved from my unique perspective as a high level Technical Director and Organisational Consultant in the Telecoms industry over 25 years and also as a New-Media artist who exhibits work around the world. I have seen some of the most creative work done in the business environment rather than in traditional arts settings. Engineers, Business People and Scientists are not polar opposites of so-called Creatives and Artists. All are problem solvers!

Along with a team of highly committed and talented professionals, our client work typically involves applying these creative strategies to a specific business or community context. We apply our skills and experience to initiate and facilitate change, solve problems and to grow and develop businesses and community based projects.

I was Head of Engineering at O2 and was handpicked to work with Denis O?Brien as Technical Director at Digicel Caribbean and was one of the pioneering team who headed up the company?s start-up in this region. As well as primary degrees in Electronic Engineering and Fine & Applied Arts, I hold a Masters of Science in Organisational Behaviour and am a Chartered Member of both Engineers Ireland and The Institution of Engineering and Technology. I am a Professional Member of Visual Artists Ireland.
